Pultruded carbon fibre tubes are manufactured using the pultrusion process. Carbon fiber tow is pulled through a resin bath into a heated die which forms and cure the profile. Pultrusion process is better suited to smaller diameter tubes from 0.5mm outside diameter (OD) tube up to a 12mm OD tube.
