Delivery Information

We ship order WORLDWIDE for MOST of the case. As long as you can find your country in the sign up form, we do ship to your country. We ship outside from Europe only with Ground Registry Air-Mail Post/Parcel.

Please make sure your SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct. Once the package is shipped out, we can't do nothing if the address is wrong.

Shipping Method and Shipping Cost:
-Unless or specify in the item description, all the items which is listed in the store will be shipped through either:
> Hellinic Post Air Mail Registered
> Hellinic Post Air Mail Parcel Registered
> TNT Courier
> EMS Express
> UPS Express
> Fedex

We usually offer two different shipping method for customer inside Europe (via Post and Via Courier).
Shipping cost depends on shipping destination, shipping method chose and shipping weight of item ordered.
* Shipping Cost is Non-refundable for ALL situations once an order is shipped.
* Shipping Option can be checked from the shopping cart box located in right hand side of the homepage.
* You can also choose your favor shipping method in the check out page.
* Shipping method and shipping cost will be STATED CLEAR IN THE CHECKOUT PAGE.
* Remote area fee is NOT included (only for EMS, DHL, UPS or TNT shipment and only available for Europe Countries, ALL Other countries have to choose Ground Post Registry).

Order Processing & Handling:
- Order processing time is about 2 working days; we usually ship out your order within 2 working days.
- We provide STANDARD packing for each shipment, if you have special request about packing, please contact us by CONTACT US FORM before place a order.
- We ship out an order according to the shipping address you provided, so please ensure the shipping address is correct when check out a order.
- We are not responsible for shipment failure due to improper address provided by customer.
- We try our best to make the stock status most up to date, however, it is NOT a REAL TIME system.
- We DO NOT split shipment:
- We will wait ALL your products in stock and ship out ALL the items in the SAME package.

Shipment Time:
*Item is shipped from Athens Greece. For special items we send from Honk Kong, China, Taiwan or Korean.
*Item usually ship to you within 48hrs after received the payment.
*Please be patient and give time to our warehouse team to prepare your order carefully.
*We only ship the item if and only if the payment is completed and cleared.
*The availability of a item is shown in the item page..

Shipment Time for Air Mail Post/Parcel Registered
* Europe: 2-20 working days
*Asian Area: 10-35 working days
* USA or Canada: 10-35 working days
* Rest of the world: 10-40 working days
*Above shipment time is an estimation suggested by the shipping company, it is for reference only and not guaranteed.

In exceptional cases, longer lead times may apply and shipment delays may cause by your local customs or local postal service unit.
*The shipment time stated  DO NOT include the custom inspection time.
*Some delay may caused by Custom Hold, the inspection time depends on the local custom authority and it is out of our control.
*Sometimes the package may keep in the your local post office, you may need to collect the package by yourself at the post office.

Duty and Tax:
*If you have any special request, please state your request clearly in the order remarks when confirm your order.
*It is your responsibility to make sure the merchandise(s) you ordered comply to your local laws and import regulations
*You also responsible to contact your local postal service unit or customs to retrieve the shipment if there is any problem happened.
*All custom duties, import taxes and any other extra charge will be paid by the recipient in case.
*We have no rights and we are impossible to solve any troubles bought by your local customs or postal service units.
*We do not know how much duty and tax you have to pay, it depends on your custom department, I think you understand your government more than us.
*We do not responsible for any duty tax charged by your custom, and hence any related troubles.
*please consider this matter before you decide to make a purchase from oversea country, please expect to pay duty and tax for import item.

Tracking number and Trace order:
*There is tracking number for most of the shipping method, unless specified.
*We will provide a tracking number once the order is processed.
*Usually, the order is able trace from the tracking system of corresponding shipping company within 48hours the order shipped.
*The update of tracking information depends on the shipping company.
*Shipping method like Air Mail Registered provide only limited tracking information.
*NOT ALL shipping method provide point to point tracking details.
*If you do not receive the order after 30 days, please contact the local post office or shipping company to see if they have any information about your package.

Shipment Exceptional
*Most of orders arrived within the expected lead time; however, exceptional case like package lost may happen for international shipment.
*We DO NOT bare the responsibility for the case of package lost.
*Shipment processing and delivery is handled by the corresponding shipping company once they accepted a shipment, and they are responsible to ensure the arrival of a package.
*We do help customer report an enquiry case so as a claim if applied to the corresponding shipping company in case of exceptional.
*The shipping company will work on a case to investigate the delivery status of a package; they have the final judgment if the case is qualified to receive a claim.
*We will offer the corresponding compensation if applied to you as soon as the shipping company report the final investigation result.
*NO COMPENSATION will be made unless the shipping company has the final judgment about an exceptional case.
*The amount of compensation if applied is base on the postal regulation of the corresponding shipping company, unless specified.
